Journeys of Imagination
I created these during the first weeks of lockdown with the intention that it would help us to travel outside our limited surroundings and experience beautiful places we were not able to travel to ourselves. I recorded the live sessions and offer them here. I hope you enjoy them and find them calming and beautiful.
The links and passwords to all of the Journeys of Imagination meditations are below with a short description to help you find the one you think will be the most suitable. Each session lasts 40-45 minutes and includes a 30 minute guided 'journey' to somewhere beautiful and a body scan of some kind for the last 10 minutes or so. I have given a brief description below to help you select the one you would like to listen to.
I have been told by people who have listened to them that regular listening has helped people reduce their anxiety levels and feel calmer and more relaxed.
