I began my therapy training - just for fun - back in the late '90s while I was still working in the City of London. I trained in Reflexology; Swedish, Indian Head and Hot Stone Massage; Aromatherapy and Reiki. I became increasingly interested in Natural Medicine and, in 2000, I left my job to study full-time for a degree in Nutritional Therapy - working as a therapist to pay my way through Uni.
After graduating in 2003 with a BSc(Hons) in Health Science: Nutritional Therapy (2:1), I moved to the Cotswolds and set up Living Essentials Natural Therapies which, in those days, had premises in Stow-on-the-Wold. Further training followed - a 2 year diploma in Energy and Vibrational Medicine; advanced training in Touch for Health kinesiology and NAET (Nambudripad's Allergy Elimination Techniques) and, most recently, a post-graduate degree (MA) in Psychotherapy and Healing Practice.
I am a registered Nutritional Therapist and member of BANT (British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine) and CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council).
